SSTi 's management approach is based on building a strong partnership with our clients through customer-focused communications that is designed to identify the best team members, products, processes, technologies, and risk prevention for any task. SSTi believes that communication is the key to any successful relationship.
Throughout the life of each task SSTi reviews project activity and the associated task objectives, development concepts, processes, and deliverables. The review is repeated for each task with the goal of identifying common components that may be used for cost savings. SSTi maintains a proprietary Web-based task tracking system monitored by senior staff to track all assigned tasks and to ensure our deliverables are consistent. Monthly progress reports are generated and delivered to our customers to ensure our quality of work remains high and all tasks are completed as scheduled.
SSTi conducts periodic In-Progress Reviews (IPR) of all task assignments in addition to a final review of all products and deliverables prior to delivery to the customer. This approach allows for the early identification and correction of problems. The reviews are performed by SSTI management and/or in-house Subject Matter Experts (SME). The review process is adapted by the Task Manager based on the scope and use of the particular deliverable.
QA Audits. SSTi conducts QA audits to ensure that procedures are properly implemented.
SSTi conducts continual Lessons-learned reviews to identify and document plans, processes, or other items that proved successful or are in need of improvement. The review incorporates inputs from staff, team members, and customers.
